Ikan Product Price Increase:
Important Information and Next Steps
Dear Valued Partner,
The recent implementation of tariffs has increased our cost of goods as well as the cost of bringing these goods into the country. To maintain the quality of our products, we must adjust our pricing accordingly. The majority of the product price increases are between 6% and 15%. Ikan will be raising our product prices on many of our products effective today. Please see the attached Price List that shows both the old and new pricing and utilize the attached link to refresh your Ikan pricing database.
We are doing everything we can to mitigate the price increases. Therefore, Ikan will honor the old prices for all POs that are submitted and shipped by the end of this month (March 31, 2025) for in-stock items. Please be advised that this updated pricing is in effect and should be utilized for any quotes or deals that will be closing after the end of this month.Please contact your account manager if you are working on any deals or integration projects that will close beyond March, or if the items in your PO are not in stock. We will do our best to work with you and your customer on a per-case basis.
